Powered Baltan (パワードバルタン Pawaado Barutan) is based on the Alien Baltan that appeared in Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero.

Personality/Appearance[]
Powered Baltan, dressed in a cool blue, seems to be very agile. She is an excellent shinobi who can do anything from infiltration, manipulation, and even assassination, under the orders of her leader, Chief Psycho Baltan (頭領・サイコバルタン Tōryō Saiko Barutan). Her fearless smile is scary, but she is a serious and disciplined person when it comes to work.
A scientist who has created the most powerful monster, Powered Zetton. She has a highly intelligent head with somewhat cute bunny ears.
The Powered version of the Scissors is a very sharp-looking weapon, even sharper than its first generation. It resembles an image of a kunoichi holding a kunai and a dagger in both hands.
The 'Powered' version is also characterized by its wings, which gives it a more insect-like appearance. The feathers that spread out like a skirt are transparent, and the beautiful legs that are faintly visible gives out a romantic vibe.
They are capable of creating an illusion of oneself in the air and make it look as if there are several of them. Even though they are false images, more of such beauties would be welcome!?
